Landon has been a bit mis-guided since his father's death. His daddy has noticed a decline in his attitude so recommended that Landon find something important and channel all of his energy there. Landon mentioned he'd always wanted to study art and be a painter so Max immediately went out and bought Landon everything he needed and turned the living room into an art studio. Landon knew he had to excel and show his step-Dad ad how much he appreciates him.
